Trapped in a Cabin in the Snow With Scout

Ha ha. Not really. As you can see from the pictures in the gallery, we went for a trip up on The Mountain with The Warlords. And Uncle Weaver and Aunt Megan. There was even a male model (retired). I liked it. Wow, there are a lot of trees up there, and the snow tastes funny on your tongue. It's nice to be all snuggled next to Mom and Dad when we walk around -- although anything over an hour is more than enough, thanks. A girl has to eat sometime.

Guess what? I am not the only Clara Jean in the world:

"Hi! You don't know me, but I was googling "Clara Jean" and that's where I found this page. Why was I searching "Clara Jean" you may ask; that's my name! So hello, nice to meet you. My name is Clara Jean. =)"

"I'm 16 years old and I live in Toronto, Canada. I was looking at the pictures your Clara Jean and I couldn't quite figure out if she's a redhead. The reason I'm wondering is because I, in fact, have red hair and that would just be too crazy if she has red hair too. I almost had a heart attack when I saw that her birthday is in May. :| Mine is May 2nd. I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to say a little hello. I tried to comment on the Blog website but it wouldn't let me, so I found your e-mail off of your website."

"Hope you don't mind the slight intrusion. :S Oh the wonders of the Internet."

"Happy Holidays!, Clara McWatters"

In other news, I am practicing crawl/scooting. I can go backwards in a circle. I think yams and avocado are tasty. The dog is so funny when he chases things! Ha!

My favorite word today is "bwah." I also have been practicing "woof," and I can make lip smacking noises to call Scout over. I even pat my thigh, but he hasn't notice yet. Maybe if I had treats for him ....

Mirrors are very amusing these days. There are always babies in them. I am also enjoying my duck in my bath. The bath sometimes helps me get ready for sleep -- but sometimes not. Too much to do to sleep for long; or to nap. It does make me cranky to miss naps, though.

I am back on a regular poop schedule, for everyone who was keeping track.

What else? Oh, I named my little yellow dog "Daisy." I love Daisy -- her nose is just right for chewing. I also named my little bear "Oola," which means "little bear."

That's all for now,
CJ
